At TableclothsFactory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your event decor. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective coverings are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
